13-year-old Sanjay, from Chhatarpur (Madhya Pradesh), was recently diagnosed with a serious heart condition during a routine checkup. A heart murmur led to further evaluation, and doctors discovered that he has a Restrictive Anterior Muscular Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD) — a hole in the heart that causes abnormal blood flow and puts pressure on his heart. If left untreated, this defect can lead to heart enlargement and long-term complications.
Even though Sanjay appears active, his echo report shows a 4 mm VSD with a high gradient and dilation of the left heart chambers. Doctors have advised urgent VSD device closure, which is essential to protect his heart as he grows.
Sanjay’s father is a farmer, and the family survives on a very limited income. The estimated cost of ₹2,89,150 for the surgery and hospital care is far beyond their financial capacity.
Sanjay urgently needs support so he can undergo the recommended procedure and return to a healthy, active childhood. Your help can give him a stronger heart and a safe future.
Your support can give this little boy a healthy, happy future. Every small donation counts.
