Two-Year-Old Rudranil Is Fighting Liver Cancer. His Family Needs Help to Continue His Treatment

A 2-Year-Old Battling Liver Cancer Needs Your Help

For Rudranil Sinha’s parents, everything was normal until their two-year-old son suddenly became very unwell. He developed high fever and other health problems, and after tests in West Bengal, the family received devastating news — Rudranil had hepatoblastoma, a form of liver cancer.

Doctors referred him to AIG Hospitals, Hyderabad, for specialized treatment. His scans showed multiple tumors in the right side of his liver, with the largest measuring around 11.6 cm.

Rudranil is the younger of two siblings. His father used to work at a cyber café in West Bengal, earning around ₹6,000–₹7,000 a month, but is currently unable to work because of his son’s treatment.

Leaving West Bengal for Hyderabad was not easy for the family, but they had no choice. They used their savings, came to Hyderabad, rented a room and began managing Rudranil’s treatment and daily expenses with whatever little they had. They have even sold the small piece of land they owned, but it still isn’t enough.

His Treatment Is Still Going On Rudranil has already completed two cycles of chemotherapy and, according to his mother, doctors have advised another 2–3 cycles before moving ahead with surgery.

A Right Hepatectomy is planned to remove the affected portion of his liver. The hospital has estimated the treatment and hospitalization cost at around ₹5.60 lakh, apart from possible additional expenses.

For a family with no regular income left, arranging this amount is beyond their means. Rudranil is only two years old. His parents have already given everything they could to keep his treatment going. Now, they are reaching out for help so their little boy can complete his treatment and have a chance to return home healthy.

Your support can help Rudranil continue his chemotherapy and move closer to the surgery he needs.

Please help this little boy fight cancer and get the chance to grow up with his family.
