A newborn baby boy from Sitapur, Lucknow is currently fighting for his life after being born prematurely at just 7 months of pregnancy on 7th March. Due to his early birth, the baby’s organs are still underdeveloped and he is facing serious health complications that require urgent medical care and continuous monitoring.
The baby, known as “Baby of Usha,” is currently admitted in a private hospital where doctors are trying their best to stabilize his condition. Premature babies often struggle with breathing problems, infections, and other life-threatening complications, and this little child is no exception. His condition remains critical and he needs immediate medical treatment and specialized care to survive.
The baby’s mother Usha has already suffered unimaginable pain in the past. Her first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage, and during her second pregnancy, the baby passed away just five days after birth. This newborn is her third child, and the family had been praying for a healthy baby after experiencing such heartbreaking losses.
Unfortunately, fate has again tested this family as the baby was born prematurely and is now struggling for life.
His mother Usha is a housewife, and his father Ravi Yadav works as a daily wage labourer, earning just enough to manage basic household needs.
Due to the baby’s critical condition, the family first tried to seek treatment in a government hospital, but unfortunately no bed or proper facility was available at that moment. With no other option left, they were forced to admit the newborn to a private hospital to save his life.
Doctors have estimated that the treatment cost will be around ₹1,20,000, which is completely beyond the family’s financial capacity.
The parents have no savings, no relatives’ support, and no financial backup. For a daily wage labourer, arranging such a large amount is simply impossible.
Right now, this fragile newborn is fighting a difficult battle between life and death. Every hour of medical care is important for his survival.
The helpless parents have now approached Jan Sanjeevni Trust with the hope that compassionate people will come forward to help save their child.
After losing two babies in the past, Usha and Ravi are desperately praying that this child survives.
Together, we can turn their fear into hope and give this little life a fighting chance.
