Baby of Snehal's Success Story

From A Fragile Beginning To A New Hope – Baby of Snehal

Before

For Snehal and Swapnil Kadam from Maharashtra, the arrival of their first child was meant to be a joyful milestone. Instead, their happiness turned into fear when their baby girl was born prematurely at just 32 weeks, weighing only 1.5 kg.

Moments after birth, she was rushed to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), where she had to fight for survival. Doctors diagnosed her with complications related to premature birth, low birth weight (LBW), and Respiratory Distress Syndrome (RDS). She required specialized NICU care, respiratory support, surfactant therapy, and continuous monitoring.

With limited income and mounting hospital expenses, the family found it impossible to bear the estimated treatment cost of nearly ₹3,00,000.

The Change

Determined to save their daughter, Snehal and Swapnil approached Jan Sanjeevni Trust for help. After reviewing the medical case, the Trust extended support to ensure that the baby could continue receiving uninterrupted NICU treatment.

With the generosity of compassionate donors, the family was able to focus on what mattered most—standing beside their little fighter while she received the critical medical care she desperately needed.

Every contribution became a source of hope, helping the baby continue her fight for life.

After

Today, we are delighted to share that Baby of Snehal has successfully completed her NICU treatment and has been discharged from the hospital.

Doctors confirmed that her condition improved steadily with specialized medical care, and she responded well to treatment. Stronger and healthier than before, she is now back home with her parents, where she can continue her recovery surrounded by the love and care of her family.

For Snehal and Swapnil, this is nothing short of a miracle. The fear and uncertainty that once filled their hearts have now been replaced with hope, gratitude, and countless dreams for their daughter’s future.

This precious life was saved because compassionate people chose to stand with the family during their most difficult time. Every prayer, every donation, and every act of kindness helped give this little girl the chance to grow, smile, and embrace the beautiful life that lies ahead.
