Thirteen-year-old Sanjay, from Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh, appears like any other energetic child. He enjoys school and daily activities, but an unseen heart condition has been silently affecting his health.
During a routine medical checkup, doctors noticed a heart murmur, which led to further investigations. What initially seemed minor soon revealed a serious congenital heart defect.
After detailed examinations, Sanjay was diagnosed with Restrictive Anterior Muscular Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD) — a hole in the heart that causes abnormal blood flow and puts extra pressure on his heart.

However, the total cost of ₹2,89,150 for surgery and hospital care is far beyond what his family can afford.
